Baby News!! Nope, not pregnant.

So, April 24th my cousin Crysten had her first baby! His name is Kade Poplin and he is just perfect, cone-head and all!! ;) He was the first newborn that Joey and I have ever held!! It was so weird! But, that is a huge step for us. He is such a good baby, hardly cries. (Well, at least that day, I am sure Crysten would disagree now). He was 7 lbs 14 ozs. In other news...today was a big day for Joey..he finally got his new mountain bike in the mail. It is his early anniversary gift from me and he has been diligently researching exactly which bike he wants. I am glad that's over and he doesn't have to spend hours each night looking at mountain bikes, unless of course it is for me! But I think I will take a Harley Sportster! :) Oh, it was also Nurse's Day!! Joey picked me some roses from our rose bush and made yummy Tilapia for dinner. He is sweet to me.

This month is a little busy...we have a graduation to go to just about every weekend, and of course none are nearby. But we are also trying to squeeze in a little camping trip somewhere in there. Sometimes I wonder how I will ever find time to go back to school...or maybe that is just an excuse because I don't think I am ready to give up my current lifestyle. I had waited so long to finally graduate and only have work and play and I just love that life! I guess I might have to go back to support our love for travel and fun toys! :) Speaking of which, we are looking for a nice wake boarding boat that's not too old but not too expensive...anyone know someone trying to get rid of theirs?
